The Ramcharger, which is a true example of how Ram is pushing the limits of electric cars
uses its 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine to power the pickup truck's electric components instead
transferring power to the wheels, in contrast to conventional plug-in hybrids.
A key component of Stellantis' Dare Forward 2030 strategy plan, which is centered on providing creative
economical, and environmentally friendly vehicle solutions, is the Ramcharger's outstanding
extended range, and strong charging capabilities. Stellantis is spending over $32 billion in software
electrification as part of its strategy in order to fulfill consumer demand for battery-electric cars.
Ram's CEO, Tim Kuniskis, proudly introduced the Ram 1500 Ramcharger
light-duty pickup truck segment. With an impressive 663 hp, 615 lb-ft of torque,
the ability to accelerate from 0-60 MPH in just 4.4 seconds, it's a powerhouse in its class.
