Ford's announcement of the F-150 Lightning signaled the beginning of major truck manufacturers'

A completely electric F-Series truck may sound sacrilegious to some,

but the Ford Lightning seems to be appealing to a lot of people. One issue exists

this electric vehicle is no longer the relative steal that it was when it was first released.

This electric vehicle used to be cheaper, even if I wouldn't call it inexpensive now.

The 2022 Ford F-150 Lighting started at around $40k when it was originally put up for sale.

Even though it's not cheap, it seems like a good deal for a pickup truck that runs entirely on electricity.

But now, the identical vehicle will set you back around sixty thousand

significant amount more than the starting entry-level pricing. But as far as electric trucks go,

the 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning is presently the closest option available.

The Ford F-150 Lightning Pro is obviously intended for fleet customers and individuals

It lacks a conventional keyless entry system and has vinyl seats and a plastic steering wheel.
